Job summary

New Wave Design seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead the technology environment and shape IT strategy. You’ll own IT operations, cloud, cybersecurity, compliance, and emerging tech in a high-impact leadership role.

Collaborate with executives to modernize infrastructure, adopt AI and automation, and ensure security across AWS GovCloud and on‑prem environments. This is a senior role with strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, cybersecurity or engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership and infrastructure experience.
• Experience with IT strategy, cloud, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, vendor management and project skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and architecture aligned to business goals.
• Ensure reliability, security and scalable IT infrastructure.
• Drive cloud modernization, AI adoption, and automation initiatives.
