Job summary

Daniels Health seeks an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead the design, operation, security, and continual improvement of its core technology infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will own the enterprise network, servers, Azure tenant, and governance, ensuring reliability and security for global entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, and complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven governance, security, and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance, availability, and lifecycle management of enterprise network, server, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure personnel, contractors, and managed service providers with clear priorities and standards.
• Design and improve resilient network services (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS/DHCP).
• Manage Azure tenant, subscriptions, governance, networking, compute, storage, and cost controls.
• Ensure secure configurations, identity controls, and vulnerability remediation with Cybersecurity.
