Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, including cloud/hybrid environments.
• 2+ years in an infrastructure or IT operations management capacity.
• Proven leadership of technical teams, vendors, or MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance, availability, security, and lifecycle of enterprise network, servers, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure personnel, contractors, and MSPs with clear priorities and standards.
• Design and maintain resilient network services (LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, segmentation).
• Manage Azure tenant, resources, governance, cost, and RBAC; oversee on‑prem and hybrid integrations.
• Establish monitoring, health checks, capacity planning, and operational reporting.
• Ensure changes are planned, tested, documented, communicated, and compliant with security controls.
