Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, automate, and scale enterprise platforms that support employees and business operations. You will own technical standards for Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, endpoint management, and API integrations, providing architectural guidance and mentoring across IT, Security, Engineering, and business teams.

You will mature identity and access management, RBAC, provisioning patterns, and secure joiner/mover/leaver workflows while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• Hands-on with enterprise infrastructure, SaaS platforms, or identity systems.
• Experience administering Okta and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Slack administration in large organizations.
• Strong scripting in Python and Bash; automation mindset.
• Deep understanding of OAuth, SAML, SCIM, and OIDC.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership, architecture, standards, security, reliability, and ongoing improvement for core IT platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, related SaaS).
• Define the architecture for scalable identity and access management across enterprise applications.
• Define and mature RBAC across systems and provisioning policies.
• Develop automation and admin tooling using Python, Bash, APIs.
• Design and maintain automated joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
• Architect, build, maintain, and troubleshoot API-based integrations between enterprise systems.
