Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience as an IT manager or similar leadership role
• Experience leading IT strategy, budgets, and governance
• Hands-on knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, Oracle apps and databases, networking, and security
• Experience with IT audit and compliance including SOX/JSOX controls
• Understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an IT strategy and budget aligned with goals
• Coordinate responses to cybersecurity assessments, due diligence, remediation requests, and evidence submissions
• Coordinate IT support, issue resolution, and system integrations with stakeholders
• Manage vendors, contracts, licenses, telecom, cloud services, and related finances
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to drive innovation and efficiency
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals
• Oversee planning and management of information systems, hardware, software, networks, and databases
• Ensure reliability, security, and availability of IT infrastructure
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion within timelines and budgets
• Implement robust security measures and stay updated on threats and best practices
• Evaluate and select external vendors and service providers
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures
