Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an IT Hardware Engineer to design, deploy, test, and sustain enterprise IT hardware across classified and unclassified environments. You will provide advanced Tier 3 support, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with IC and DoD information assurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent IAT II certification required.
• Experience substituted for degree is acceptable in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise IT hardware systems.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex hardware failures and coordinate repairs.
• Develop and maintain hardware SOPs and procedures.
• Support hardware lifecycle management from installation to decommissioning.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to meet mission requirements.
