Amkor Technology, Inc. in Tempe, AZ seeks a Sr. Manager IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to lead IT SOX audit readiness and risk assessments.

This role partners with IT and audit to sustain strong internal controls. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in SOX/compliance and deep knowledge of IT controls. This hybrid position reports to the GRC leadership and requires effective communicator who can influence across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Accounting/Business or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley or compliance testing, including remediation activities.
• Working knowledge of Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance including IT General Controls and Application controls.
• Demonstrated experience with risk management frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with IT leaders, practitioners and auditors.

Responsabilidades

• IT SOX Audit Management: Manage IT compliance program with emphasis in SOX and support audit cycles.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintain policies, procedures, and standards for IT governance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain IT risk management framework; conduct regular risk assessments and control evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate IT risks.
• Reporting & Metrics: Prepare and present risk and compliance metrics to senior leadership.
