Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA license preferred.
• At least 5 years in SEC reporting within public company or public accounting environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in SEC reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) with detailed disclosures.
• Conduct technical accounting research and prepare position papers per US GAAP.
• Oversee lease accounting and monthly close related to ASC 842; support SOX controls.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, Treasury and IR for external disclosures.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in process improvements and system implementations.
