Job summary

Fathom Management seeks a Senior IT Governance & Portfolio Management Specialist to support a Federal Government client in Arlington, VA. This onsite, senior role focuses on IT governance, CPIC/IT investment management, strategic planning, program oversight, risk management, and executive reporting.

You will develop business cases and dashboards, support EVM, and communicate complex information to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with budgets, performance, and mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 15+ years of Federal consulting or Federal IT experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• Senior-level experience in IT governance, CPIC, program/project management.
• Experience supporting Federal IT investment, governance, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support IT governance and portfolio management for enterprise initiatives.
• Evaluate investments, performance, risks, costs, and alignment with strategy.
• Support CPIC/IT Investment Management and Federal/OMB reporting.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, dashboards, and exec briefings.
• Support program governance, health assessments, and performance reporting.
• Analyze cost, schedule, risk, and performance including EVM.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate with senior leadership.
• Support Federal governance, compliance, audit, and ServiceNow activities.
