GoIntellects Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the DC Access System (DCAS) PMO for the DC Government in a hybrid Washington, DC setting. This role focuses on SDLC governance, risk management, and cross‑agency collaboration to deliver complex programs.

You will coach PMs, enforce standardized processes, and drive timely portfolio updates while ensuring federal and local compliance across vendor teams.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive project/program management in complex technical environments.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC, system integrations, and public sector or eligibility systems preferred.
• Experience enforcing processes and governance across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enforce DCAS SDLC methodologies, processes, templates, and governance standards.
• Ensure projects complete requirements, design, QA, UAT, OCM, and readiness activities before Go/No-Go.
• Provide direction and coaching to project managers and review deliverables.
• Lead project intake, prioritization, and reporting with portfolio dashboards.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships across agencies and partners.
• Establish reporting cadences, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership.
