Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Technology Governance Analyst for a 6+ month contract. You will design, implement, and oversee the enterprise governance framework, ensuring IT standards align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

The role partners with Engineering, Finance, and Security to manage policy lifecycle, asset management, risk assessments, and SSDLC controls, including CI/CD gates and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in IT governance, technology audit, information security or IT risk management.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT and ITIL frameworks.
• Hands-on ITAM/ITSM experience (ServiceNow, Jira, Flexera).
• Experience with SSDLC and CI/CD gate processes and audit readiness.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS/Cyber Security or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update IT policies, procedures, and standards to align with ISO, COBIT, NIST, ITIL.
• Drive organization-wide adoption of technology standards via training and documentation.
• Evaluate governance, compliance, and risk processes for gaps and optimization.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management; maintain CMDB; coordinate upgrades and migrations.
