Job summary

StraitSys is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in AI to lead government-focused initiatives at Quantico, VA. You will oversee strategy, architecture, and deployment of GenAI solutions and ML-enabled applications.

You will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, cybersecurity, and vendors to ensure secure, scalable AI that aligns with enterprise goals and governance policies. A TS clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field; significant related experience may substitute.
• Proven PM experience with Agile/Scrum governance and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on with enterprise AI platforms and cloud AI services; security and governance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition of project charter, scope and milestones for AI programs.
• Direct architecture, design, and deployment of GenAI solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI, data science, cybersecurity and vendors.
• Influence governance, risk management and budget planning for AI initiatives.
• Provide executive updates and customer-facing communications on status and outcomes.
