Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and accelerate the delivery of AI/ML and secure cloud concepts across IC programs in a Hybrid setup based in Chantilly, VA or NOVA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Core duties include programmatic liaison, backlog management, RMF/ATO coordination, security collaboration, and secure developer environments to support rapid AI/ML demos and prototyping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 14 years of experience or master's degree with 12 years of experience.
• U.S. Citizens with active TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years coordinating tasks, managing backlogs, or liaising between teams in technical settings.
• Familiarity with RMF/ATO/government accreditation processes in security environments.
• Practical experience supporting AI/ML architecture and basic Python capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface and primary liaison for multiple program leads, understanding deliverables and timelines.
• Triage, organize, and prioritize program requests into a single backlog and align milestones.
• Guide RMF/ATO processes with security stakeholders and prepare System Security Plans and related docs.
• Set up, upgrade, and maintain secure development environments for the team.
