Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for the IT organization. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for IT operating and capital expenditures, and manage the IT P&L with variance analysis and leadership commentary.

You will partner with IT leaders, project managers, and finance to monitor spend, build models, and deliver insights that drive financial and operational results. Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to communicate across many levels of the organization, including senior management.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes (Opex and CapEx).
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances.
• Lead annual IT budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for visibility into IT spending and ROI.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis.
• Provide data-driven insights to IT leadership for decision-making.
• Produce weekly and monthly IT and cross-functional financial reporting.
• Handle ad hoc analytical requests with accuracy and timeliness.
