Job summary

CVS Health Omnicare seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. You will own IT operating and capital budgets, develop models, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will also collaborate across finance and IT, produce monthly close commentary, and sustain dashboards to improve visibility into IT spend and project returns, while ensuring accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of finance experience, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; healthcare/PHM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the IT organization.
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances.
• Lead annual IT budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Monitor project spend, resource use, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis.
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to IT leadership for data-driven decisions.
• Deliver weekly and monthly IT and business function reporting.
• Handle ad hoc reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
