CVS Health is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for the IT organization. You will partner with IT and finance leaders to drive financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the technology portfolio.

You will develop models and dashboards, manage IT spend, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to impact our healthcare operations nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances.
• Lead annual IT budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports for IT spending.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis.
• Provide insights and challenge assumptions to IT leadership.
• Deliver weekly and monthly IT and cross-functional financial reporting.
• Run ad hoc reporting with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as needed.
