Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for IT to own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the IT organization. You will partner with IT leaders and project managers to track spend, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that drive financial and operational results.

The role requires 3-5 years of finance experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate with senior management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience, budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Netsuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for IT expenses.
• Manage IT P&L, analyze variances, and provide leadership commentary.
• Lead annual budgeting cycles for IT expenses and initiatives.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT.
• Collaborate with accounting on month-end close and variance analyses.
• Act as finance partner to IT leadership and support data-driven decisions.
• Provide weekly/monthly IT/functional reporting and insights.
