CVS Health Corporation's Omnicare unit seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT and finance leadership, manage IT operating and capital budgets, and deliver actionable insights that drive financial and operational results.

You will own IT budgeting, forecast cycles, monthly P&L analysis, and reporting, develop financial models and dashboards, support month-end close, and provide data-driven guidance across the technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience related to budgeting and forecasting.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively communicate across many levels of the organization, including senior management.
• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills; able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, provider relations, or regulated industry is a plus.
• Experience with Netsuite system.

Responsabilités

• Own the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for the IT organization, including operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage the IT P&L by analyzing monthly financial results, identifying variances versus budget and forecast, and providing commentary and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for IT expenses, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Partner with IT leaders and project managers to track spend, resource utilization, timelines, and performance across the technology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for visibility into IT spending and project performance.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close, including accrual reviews and variance analysis.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to IT leadership, delivering insights and challenging assumptions.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly financial reporting across IT and other functions.
• Independently manage ad hoc reporting and analytical requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as needed.
