Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Sr. IT Financial Analyst to join the Procurement and Vendor Management team in Chicago.

You will strengthen financial controls, reporting, and cost management for technology projects, partnering with IT and Finance leaders to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting across Technology spend. You will build dashboards, perform analyses, and support procurement activities, including contract management and PO governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
• Experience with technology cost centers is preferred.
• Strong ability to produce executive-level summaries.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to budget planning and forecast cycles for Technology spend and data spend.
• Reviews budget and forecast data and assists with allocations.
• Performs monthly reconciliation and prepares executive summaries.
• Supports procurement activities, including contract management and PO processes.
• Acts as budget reviewer for POs and reviews renewal terms with Vendor Management.
• Collaborates with Accounts Payable and buyers to resolve discrepancies.
• Builds dashboards and reporting (Sigma, PowerBI) for leadership visibility.
• Aids in TCO analysis and business case development for technology initiatives.
• Drives operational improvement and best practices in IT Finance.
