Job summary

You will negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, analyze costs and usage, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal and Risk teams to drive value while upholding policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience within a corporate procurement org.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for HR and Finance software, platforms and services.
• Solicit and evaluate proposals from domestic and international vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier governance and relationships.
• Address post-buy activities, including invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and Risk teams to optimize cost and compliance.
