Job summary

Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Financial Analyst to strengthen financial controls, reporting, and cost management for technology projects. You will partner with IT and Finance leaders to ensure accurate budget planning and transparent spend visibility.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly reconciliations, building dashboards in Power BI and Sigma, and supporting procurement processes such as contracts and PO generation. Strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation.
• Experience building dashboards to communicate spend trends to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ERP for PO/budget review and light administration.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to budget planning and forecast cycles for Technology spend and data spend.
• Performs monthly reconciliation and prepares executive summaries of budget vs. actuals.
• Supports procurement activities, contract management and PO generation requests.
• Acts as budget reviewer for POs and reviews renewal cost with Vendor Management.
• Builds and maintains dashboards/reports covering IT and data spend for leadership.
