CVS Health, through Omnicare, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to partner with IT leadership. You will manage IT operating and capital budgets, deliver monthly financial reporting, and provide insights to drive financial and operational results.

This role requires 3–5 years in finance, expert Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with budgeting and forecasting. The position offers a competitive pay range, comprehensive benefits, and a performance-based incentive program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience, budgeting and forecasting
• Proven knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Responsabilités

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes (operating and capital)
• Manage IT P&L, analyze variances and provide commentary to leadership
• Lead annual IT budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and financial performance
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT investments
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis
• Provide data-driven insights and act as a finance business partner to IT leadership
• Produce weekly and monthly IT/functional financial reporting
• Handle ad hoc reporting with accuracy and timeliness
