Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a Senior IS Technician to install and repair computer and printer hardware across CVS store locations in Seattle/Tacoma WA and Portland OR. You’ll handle asset tracking, staging, configuration and bench repairs, ensuring high-quality refurbished hardware.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel between stores, and lifting up to 80 lbs with assistance. Work hours are Mon-Fri, on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license and ability to drive between stores.
• Previous hardware repair experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• MVR background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running service calls and installing computer and printer hardware.
• Perform asset tracking, staging, configuration and bench repairs.
• Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment to standards.
• Process warranty claims and record production/inventory movements.
• Support field service technicians with repair, setup and testing tasks.
