Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Senior IS Technician to perform hardware repair, asset staging, and field service for client stores in Seattle/Tacoma WA and Portland OR. You will travel between locations using a personal vehicle and must have a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and maintain detailed records.

The role is onsite, about 40 hours per week, with possible weekend/holiday shifts. You will work under daily guidance from a client FTS employee to ensure timely service across

Qualifications

• Technical schooling or experience in IT preferred.
• Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel preferred.
• Must have hardware repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer asset tracking using client software systems.
• Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of client store hardware.
• Process all applicable warranty claims.
• Accurately record production details and inventory movements.
• Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
