Job summary

CLA is seeking an experienced Facilities and Collaboration Senior to lead a team delivering comprehensive technical support across multiple Colorado locations. The role focuses on maintaining hardware, software, and conference room systems to ensure seamless operations in alignment with business objectives.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Azure Fundamentals/CCNA.

CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Facilities and Collaboration Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. This fulltime, in office role is responsible for overseeing a team that provides comprehensive technical support across specific locations, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues, managing on-site hardware, software, and network problems, and maintaining conference room equipment to support business continuity.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Facilities and Collaboration Senior role

• Assists with establishing and maintaining technology standards within specific geographic locations.
• Ensures all technology within the office is being used effectively and efficiently.
• Proactively collaborate with on-site stakeholders to address current and future technological needs, ensuring all business requirements are met.
• Assists with complex and escalated technical issues with expertise and efficiency.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of conference room equipment.
• Assists with tracking and maintaining inventory within specific location.
• Assists projects and large work efforts within region.
• Assists with mentoring other team members helping them gain necessary technical skills.
• Interacts with office personnel daily gaining feedback and evaluations of technology and other IT solutions.
• Partner closely with IT team members to implement solutions and improvements.
• Ability to create documentation, training materials, demos, and best practices that help employees successfully use AI and automation tools.
• Assists with designing and delivering training and guidance to staff on technical tools and systems.
• Ensure accurate records of support requests and resolutions are maintained.
• Assists with resolution efforts of 2nd level tickets and request.
• Becoming a liaison with various IT teams on projects as required.
• May act as the primary point of contact for IT-related concerns within the region.
• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Identify automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and optimize workflows.
• Ability to identify business process improvement opportunities by analyzing repetitive tasks, mapping workflows, and recommending automation or AI-driven solutions.
• Experience designing and maintaining Power Automate cloud flows for approvals, notifications, reporting, ticket routing, document processing, and system integrations.
• Ability to integrate systems using APIs, connectors, and business data sources to create scalable end-to-end automation solutions.
• Encourage continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in IT operations.
• Strong problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning mindset with the ability to optimize solutions, measure success, and deliver business value.

Certifications / Licenses

• CompTIA A+: Foundational IT skills.
• CompTIA Network+: Networking skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals: Cloud services.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Networking expertise.

Technical Competencies

• Hardware: Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
• Video Systems: Proficiency with projectors, screens, and video conferencing tools.
• Software Applications: Familiarity with common software applications and enterprise solutions.
• Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI Solutions: Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and generative AI technologies to design, configure, and deploy intelligent solutions.
• Microsoft 365 Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and platforms, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Dataverse, Power Apps, and related connectors.
• AI Governance and Responsible Use: Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices when building and deploying automation tools.
• Networking: Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.

The compensation range for this position in Colorado is: $80,000.00 - $131,000.00.
