Qualifications

• MTQ 1: Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and large-scale modernization of enterprise level IT organizations, with specific expertise in transitioning legacy infrastructure to modern cloud services and integrating Emerging Technologies (e.g., AI/Machine Learning) into federal business processes.
• MTQ 2: Mastery of modern IT theories, principles, concepts, standards, and practices sufficient to develop and lead teams on vision, new theories, concepts, principles, standards, and methods in the specialty area(s).
• MTQ 3: Demonstrated experience in presenting, negotiating, defending, explaining, advocating and expressing facts and ideas in a convincing manner in order to negotiate with individuals and groups in a manner that influences them to support a position.
