Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to design, build, and scale the systems powering our global workforce, covering end-user computing, identity, collaboration tooling, and core IT operations.

You will report to the Director of IT and work in a hybrid role with 2 days in the office. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and user experience while translating business needs into practical, well-engineered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or related corporate IT role.
• Experience supporting modern corporate IT environments, including identity platforms, collaboration tools, and device management.
• Strong written documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute complex projects independently and translate business needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve scalable corporate IT infrastructure for office-based and remote employees.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across endpoints, identity, and network layers.
• Develop internal tools that automate workflows and improve employee productivity.
• Build and maintain technical standards, docs, and operational processes.
• Translate stakeholder needs into well-engineered IT solutions in collaboration with other teams.
• Drive projects across the IT department and raise the bar for operational excellence.
