Job summary

Motive is hiring a Senior IT Engineer in a hybrid role (2x in-office per week) to design, build, and scale our global IT systems. You will own end-user computing, identity management, collaboration tools, and core IT operations, reporting to the IT Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or related corporate IT role.
• Experience supporting modern corporate IT environments, identity platforms, and device management.
• Strong written documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute complex projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale corporate IT infrastructure and services for office and remote employees.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analyses across endpoints, identity, and networks.
• Develop secure, scalable internal tools to automate workflows and improve productivity.
• Create and maintain technical standards, docs, and operational processes.
• Translate business needs into well-engineered IT solutions with stakeholders and vendors.
• Drive IT projects and raise operational excellence across the department.
