Job summary

Smithfield Foods, Inc. in Smithfield, VA is seeking a Senior IT Endpoint Analyst to lead the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our endpoint infrastructure across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Applications and End User Support teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint services, while mentoring teammates and driving standardization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of relevant IT endpoint experience.
• Broad experience with Windows, Apple, and Android devices and life-cycle management.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Adobe and common admin tools; strong patching and security basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead endpoint strategy, delivery, and lifecycle planning for desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Oversee deployment, testing and rollout of new endpoint solutions with minimal disruption.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage asset lifecycle, CMDB updates, and configurations for endpoint hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Applications and Support teams for smooth deployments.
• Provide on-site or remote user support and training; escalate and troubleshoot complex issues.
