Qualifications

• Seven years of relevant experience at minimum or equivalent combined with education.
• Three years of enterprise-scale endpoint management experience.
• Three years of experience supporting workstation management technologies (MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Group Policy, Print Management, License Management, Endpoint Security, Virtualization, Anywhere365).
• Two years of experience administering Microsoft 365 or cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and administer workstation management systems and endpoint platforms.
• Administer MECM, Intune, Jamf, Group Policy, print management, endpoint security, software distribution.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex endpoint issues.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Enterprise Systems teams for secure services.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Azure, Power Platform.
• Develop automation using PowerShell or Python; build tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Lead technical projects and participate in enterprise technology strategy.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; mentor peers.
