You will drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery for transportation, production planning, and workforce management, aligning IT with business goals. You will partner with executives, manage budgets, and guide large-scale implementations while maintaining a focus on reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years leading managers and large teams.
• Proven success delivering strategic, retail supply chain systems, including DC operations.
• Strong analytical ability and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Leadership, communication, and collaboration across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year technology strategy for retail supply chain including transportation, production planning, and workforce management.
• Partner with executives to translate goals into scalable, data-driven initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT organization.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with high quality.
• Establish SDLC, DevOps, and agile delivery frameworks and maintain compliance.
