Job summary

Jonathan Louis International seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy and governance across applications, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and vendor relationships.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions while ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive information technology experience, including 5+ years in IT leadership with responsibility for technology teams, enterprise systems, major projects, technology strategy, and budgets.
• Multi-site manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to translate business strategy and requirements into technology roadmaps and solutions.
• Experience with ERP, infrastructure/cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data and integrations, IT service delivery, disaster recovery, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s enterprise technology strategy and multi-year IT roadmap in alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Serve as a strategic technology advisor to executive leadership and functional leaders across the organization.
• Establish enterprise technology architecture, standards, policies, governance, and lifecycle strategies.
• Lead and develop the IT organization, establishing clear accountability, priorities, performance expectations, succession planning, and development of team members.
• Develop, manage, and track the annual IT operating and capital budgets and ensure technology resources and investments are effectively utilized.
• Maintain and prioritize the enterprise technology project portfolio based on business value, strategic importance, risk, resource requirements, and expected ROI.
