Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years leading managers and medium-to-large technology delivery organizations.
• Deep experience delivering strategic, large-scale retail supply chain systems, including DC operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Ability to work with teams that are geographically distributed and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop multi-year technology strategy for retail supply chain including transportation, production planning, and workforce management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across apps, engineering, and architecture.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of supply chain initiatives with on-time, on-budget execution and high quality.
• Ensure uptime, reliability and performance of mission-critical systems; manage SLAs and incident response.
• Partner with retail supply chain leadership to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Identify and pilot modern tools (automation, AI/ML, analytics) and transform pilots into deployments.
