Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years’ experience supporting retail systems, preferably UKG Dimensions or UKG Workforce Central on cloud.
• Solid understanding of retail dynamics with focus on Distribution Centers within a complex, highly integrated environment.
• Ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues including data integration and mapping errors, application issues and database utilization issues.
• Technical orientation balanced by project management discipline; able to supervise internal and external resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead WFM implementations from discovery through design, build, test and user adoption.
• Act as the technical lead for Workforce Management Systems and interact with Operations and vendors.
• Manage IT projects end‑to‑end, creating detailed project plans and ensuring on‑time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate release and deployment plans with all stakeholders and ensure proper change management.
