You will manage a distributed team, align technology with business goals, and collaborate with dealership leadership and vendors to drive scalable, secure IT improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of IT leadership, strong networking and cybersecurity skills, and experience with dealership systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with multi-location leadership.
• Strong working knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and service delivery.
• Hands-on approach with ability to guide teams in a distributed environment.
• Excellent communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel periodically to locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT professionals across multiple states.
• Oversee daily IT operations, help desk and incident response.
• Establish standardized service standards and processes.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships and technology investments.
• Develop and execute long-term IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Ensure security, system health, and documentation across locations.
