Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience as an IT Desktop II or equivalent required.
- 6 years in a complex IT environment required.
- Advanced technical level of managing enterprise services required.
- 5 years in a complex technical healthcare environment preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior field support resource for desktop and application IT needs.
- Lead troubleshooting for Windows and hardware issues.
- Provide advanced support including diagnostics and upgrades.
- Mentor Level I and II support staff.
- Ensure high availability of end-user systems.
