Job summary

Javen Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Program Manager (Contract) to lead the technology delivery behind Streamline 3M.com. You will own delivery across the platform, templates, migrations, and components to enable business teams to execute on time and to spec.

You will run multi-vendor programs, coordinate with business owners and tech teams, and govern delivery health via executive governance. 4 days in office, 1 day remote, Maplewood, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, IT, or engineering.
• 10+ years leading enterprise programs, with SVP-facing experience.
• PM certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) preferred.
• Agile/SAFe or comparable delivery-framework credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for technology delivery across the portfolio.
• Build the program structure across technical workstreams and milestones.
• Manage scope, dependencies, and shifting priorities.
• Run multi-vendor delivery and manage internal/external teams.
• Serve as delivery liaison between business, tech teams, and vendors.
• Track risks, dependencies, and unblocking decisions.
• Lead executive governance with SVP-level audiences.
• Raise escalations early while preserving relationships.
• Translate decisions into technical follow-through across teams.
