Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager in Brentwood, TN to lead complex technology initiatives and drive delivery across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT project delivery, PM methodologies, and excellent communication with stakeholders. PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large IT projects and initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of PM methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure project success.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive communications.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Track project milestones and drive accountability across project teams.
• Support change management, implementation, and post-project review activities.
