Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC in Chattanooga is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Information Technology Delivery to lead enterprise IT initiatives in collaboration with TVA teams and the Enterprise Project Management Office.

You will guide charter, requirements, design, development or configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risk and stakeholder expectations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or technical field.
• Requires 10 years utility experience or equivalent functional area work experience.
• Experience managing IT project resources, with expertise managing complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• PMI certification (PMP) preferred; experience with enterprise software implementations and IT capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Leads project planning from initial phase to completion, ensuring TVA processes are followed.
• Manages multi-disciplined teams to meet goals, schedule, and budget.
• Develops full-scale project plans with scope, cost estimates and deliverables.
• Prepares budgets and resources; communicates status, risks and issues to management.
• Interacts with TVA organizations to optimize resource use and project outcomes.
