Jobtailor is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a team of IT professionals and coordinate technology initiatives for business clients and internal partners. The role involves forecasting, planning, and negotiating costs for technology projects.

The position requires 7-10 years of experience, strong SQL skills, and experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure SQL, Azure Storage, and Python. Graduate degree is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role in New Jersey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of a team of IT professionals in supporting assigned business clients internal partners and stakeholder needs.
• Involved in negotiating technology costs and scope in forecasting planning process.
• Managing multiple teams and/or projects with increasing complexity.
• Manages system enhancements, new releases or projects typically focused on a specific product application of moderate scope and complexity.
• Leads a group of IT professionals.
