Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Colorado to drive delivery within the Digital Operating Model. You will build plans, track milestones, manage risks, and coordinate IT, digital product, and engineering teams using Azure DevOps and Confluence.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across business units, translate requirements into action, and ensure timely decisions. A Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of IT project management experience are required; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT project management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; PMP certification is a nice-to-have.
• Strong IT technical background with understanding of architecture dependencies.
• Ability to navigate infrastructure migrations, software upgrades, and security changes.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the Digital Operating Model framework with governance and delivery practices.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and trackers; manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings with IT, digital product, and engineering teams to align scope and timelines.
• Use Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage work items and provide delivery visibility.
• Prepare stakeholder updates on status, risks, blockers, and milestones for timely decisions.
• Leverage PMO experience for best practices and drive continuous delivery improvement.
