Job summary

RFG Advisory is seeking a Senior Director of Technology to own security, architecture, and AI integrations while leading a hands-on, player-coach technology team. This role drives secure platforms, rapid AI deployment where speed matters, and alignment across infrastructure, cybersecurity, corporate tech, and helpdesk.

You will guide security posture, governance, and vendor partnerships, ensuring reliable operations and audit-ready processes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology leadership across infrastructure, security, and corporate tech.
• Proven cybersecurity strategy experience in regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience building AI integrations and automations in production environments.
• Experience leading multi-functional tech teams including infrastructure, security, and helpdesk.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity strategy across infrastructure, endpoints, identity, and AI tools.
• Set security standards and guardrails for AI data handling and access, with auditors/regulators in mind.
• Lead incident response and maintain an audit-ready cybersecurity posture.
• Architect secure AI integrations and drive production deployments within 30 days.
• Drive adoption of ZohoOne, RingCentral, Zoom, Insider, and AI tools to reduce manual work and support requests.
• Ensure uptime of 99.9% and manage vendor SLAs and timelines.
