Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist (IT, Network & Cloud) to bridge technical needs with legal compliance. You’ll oversee procurement, SLA negotiations, and licensing models for data centers, cloud infra, and enterprise software, shaping cost and risk strategies.

You should have 3–5 years in IT procurement or contract admin, a Bachelor’s degree, and solid CLM/SAP/Oracle experience. This onsite SF role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT procurement, vendor management, or legal contract administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud hierarchy, virtualization, and network security concepts.
• Experience with CLM platforms and ERP tools like SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of IP rights, DPAs, and liability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate SLAs, define uptime metrics, and manage MTTR considerations.
• Lead licensing transitions from perpetual to subscription models (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA/SOC2 compliance with vendors with CISO coordination.
• Monitor cloud spend and optimize licenses to reduce costs.
• Oversee contract timelines and renewals to maximize bargaining power.
• Enforce SLA compliance and address vendor disputes and credit claims.
• Track assets and licenses across hardware and software inventories.
