Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Berwyn, PA seeks a Senior IT Compliance Analyst to lead IT compliance programs, audits, and regulatory initiatives including SOX ITGC, UK Cyber Essentials Plus, CMMC, and EU regulations.

You will coordinate with IT Ops, Legal, Risk, and business units to design, test, and monitor controls. The role requires strong audit experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical business controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–8+ years in IT compliance or GRC.
• Experience leading SOX ITGC programs.
• Experience coordinating external audits and certification assessments.
• Knowledge of IT controls and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT SOX compliance program and ITGC assessments.
• Coordinate testing activities with Internal/External Audit and control owners.
• Track deficiencies, remediation plans, and management responses.
• Prepare executive reporting on compliance status and remediation progress.
• Collaborate on UK Cyber Essentials Plus certification readiness and renewal.
• Support CMMC readiness, NIST and ISO frameworks as needed.
• Assist with GDPR and other EU regulatory obligations.
• Maintain documentation such as SSPs, policies, and POA&Ms.
• Monitor evolving requirements and update programs accordingly.
