Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT SOX Compliance Advisor for a Fortune 500 company in Memphis, TN. The role leads IT SOX governance, risk, and compliance, acting as the SME to ensure regulatory alignment and robust internal controls over financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SOX experience, ITGC testing, and proficiency with Workiva, SailPoint, ServiceNow, or Okta. Collaboration with auditors and senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Seven years’ experience in public accounting or the accounting department at a public company, including SOX experience.
• Strong background in SOX compliance, ITGCs and IT controls testing.
• Hands on experience with Workiva.
• Experience with SailPoint, ServiceNow or Okta.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, financial reporting and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead SME for IT SOX compliance governance, risk and reporting.
• Monitor and report internal IT SOX compliance against regulations and standards.
• Perform risk assessments, oversight, enforcement and reporting.
• Collaborate with SOX external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare SOX compliance documentation and reports.
