Job summary

7-Eleven seeks a Senior IT Compliance Manager to own the SOX/ITGC program within Digital & Technology. You will lead a team of analysts, align IT controls with audits, and drive change governance using CAB and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities include partnering with Internal Audit, Legal, and InfoSec, plus building Power BI dashboards to monitor control status and change trends across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT compliance and/or internal audit experience.
• Experience with SOX/ITGC controls and testing.
• Collaboration with Internal Audit, Legal, and 3rd-party firms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SOX/ITGC compliance program for Digital & Technology.
• Coordinate audit requests, walkthroughs, and findings resolution.
• Lead CAB/change governance and ServiceNow record hygiene.
• Develop dashboards for proactive compliance monitoring and trends.
