Job summary

J.Jill seeks a Manager of IT Audit and Compliance to ensure the integrity of IT systems, SOX compliance, and successful SDLC implementations. You will assess, monitor, and enhance IT controls and processes across the organization.

You will lead ITGC/ITAC testing, coordinate with external auditors, and drive improvements in risk management while partnering with Cyber and Privacy teams. Strong communication across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of internal IT audit or SOX/compliance experience.
• Strong understanding of Sox and IT controls.
• Knowledge of SDLC concepts and IT risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Sox evaluations, test ITGCs/ITACs, document walkthroughs with auditors.
• Oversee SDLC controls for new software implementations; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and design test plans for IT processes and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and reduce costs while strengthening controls.
• Collaborate with Cyber and Privacy teams on risk management and new technologies.
• Draft audit reports and communicate findings to management and external auditors.
• Maintain relationships with IT departments and process owners.
