Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Lead, IT Change Management to oversee the IT Change Enablement practice. This individual will ensure that all technology changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, and reviewed effectively. You will improve the Change Enablement practice in alignment with ITIL® 4 and ServiceNow ITSM, demonstrating excellent communication skills and strong decision-making abilities. The role offers a salary range from $97,300 to $146,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT Service Management, Operations, or Change Management.
• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise change governance in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM Change Enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the ITIL® 4 Change Enablement practice for K&L Gates.
• Govern Standard, Normal, and Emergency changes using risk-based approval thresholds.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and document approval decisions.
