Strong facilitation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Review complex IT change requests with change requestors, ensuring regulatory standards.
Set rigor level based on change complexity and impact.
Identify quality issues affecting IT service delivery and drive resolution.
Collaborate with SMEs to improve, automate, and integrate process controls.
Understand control interactions and ensure effective resolution.
Support reviews on configuration management operations at USAA.
Act as escalation point for junior team members on moderately complex issues.
Escalate issues for proactive stakeholder communication and guide resolution.
Provide guidance on IT change and release management tools and artifacts.
Influence how IT Change and Release teams interact with customers and other ITIL disciplines.
May lead medium to large scale implementations.
Ensure business activity risks are identified, monitored and controlled per policy.
