Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience.
• 6 years in IT change management or related fields with enterprise infrastructure exposure.
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL, servers, virtualization, storage, middleware, and hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates complex IT change requests review to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Determines appropriate rigor level based on complexity and impact.
• Identifies quality issues affecting IT service delivery and ensures resolution.
• Partners with SMEs to improve and integrate process controls with ITIL disciplines.
• Understands process controls interactions, anticipates issues and mitigates.
• Supports reviews of configuration management effectiveness.
• Escalation point for junior team members on moderate issues.
• Escalates issues with proactive stakeholder communication.
• Consults on IT change/release tools, processes, artifacts.
• Influences IT Change/Release organization relationships with customers and ITIL disciplines.
• May lead medium to large-scale implementations.
• Ensures risk identified and managed per policy.
